Andy was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, He graduated with honors from Nolan Catholic High School, completed his undergraduate education at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio majoring in finance and risk management.
Andy graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 2009 and has been vigorously practicing law ever since. His legal career began in Lubbock, Texas, working for a general practice firm as a law clerk while in law school and then as an associate attorney after graduation.
Andy has experience in a wide variety of legal areas and topics including civil matters, cases involving families and children, wills, trusts, estate planning, and all types of criminal cases. His passion is working in the courtroom, he has successfully tried numerous cases from misdemeanors to all degrees of felonies.

Rachel M. Perez – Paralegal
Rachel was born and raised in Magnolia, Texas, where she graduated at the top of her class from Magnolia High School. She completed her undergraduate education at The University of Houston Downtown majoring in criminal justice and psychology.
Rachel enjoys the practice of criminal law and works well to communicate with the clients to help resolve disputes. Rachel’s experience combined with her attention to detail and dedication are great attributes to the firm and its ability to assist our clients. Rachel’s work experience and her outstanding people skills make her invaluable in the day-to-day coordination of the firm’s business operations and human resources management.
